Sitting here in Santa Fe, looking out at those wide open New Mexico skies, it is hard to believe that we have just completed nearly five months of full-time RV life. During that time, we’ve driven about 10,000 miles, added 12 National Parks and 2 new states (Oregon & Washington), and became the owners of a brand new transmission for our truck (under warranty, thankfully). Here is a map showing our travels:

- Wine Tasting in Napa/Sonoma
- Overnight at Briceland Vineyards (yes, more wine tasting) – we heartily recommend their Petit Verdot

- Redwoods National & State Parks
- The bear that came to visit us at Klamath River RV Park
- Bay Point Landing – Our first “posh” RV park (we will be back, for sure!)
- Oregon State Parks, including South Beach State Park, Fort Stevens State Park, Memaloose State Park, and Lapine State Park. But really, all of them. California could learn a lot from these amazing state parks!
- Oregon’s lighthouses
- The great people at Ultimate Airstreams and Airstream Adventures in Clackamas, Oregon
- Crater Lake National Park
- Lassen Volcanic National Park
- Kings Canyon National Park
- Sequoia National Park
- Yosemite National Park

- Dockweiler Beach RV Park and my RAGBRAI (Regular Annual Great Birthday Ride – Age Indicated [58 miles this year])
- Village Camp Flagstaff (our second “posh” RV resort – we will be back!)

- 101st Indian Market with Meghan, Emily, Mom, Dad, Debbie, and Grace (we should probably also mention the amazing artists from whom we purchased at Market: Kathleen Wall, Wylie Secatero, Lynn & Jayne Quam, Joseph Begay, Thomas Natseway, and Keshi The Zuni Collection).
